Apparently, somebody else had a very similar idea to mine, which I think is a good thing. They started a web site called NoOneButPaul.com. They’re doing a moneybomb for Ron Paul starting at midnight February 14 and running through the entire day. They’re hoping to give Paul a $3 million Valentine’s Day gift.

In case you’d like to learn more, go to the No One But Paul 2/14 Moneybomb Facebook page.

And in the mean time, check out this clever 1:44 video. The message to the Republican establishment is clear: Give Ron Paul the nomination or don’t count on our votes. Period.

Your NobodyButPaul pledge is putting off signers.

There are a good number of Paul supporters who will vote for Obama if Paul is not the Republican nominee.

I can see that the aim of your page is to shift people from the “anybody but Obama” viewpoint, but you wind up leaving out a large part of the threat to the republican establishment.

If you changed the pledge to ” …I will not vote for any other republican candidate… ” then I would love to drop links to this pledge everywhere I go. I’ve been looking for something like this for awhile. Something to show exactly what the republican party’s choice really is: Paul or Obama.

Hi David – Thanks for commenting. I suppose the pledge will put off those who are willing to vote for Obama.

But Obama is a big government politician, same as any mainstream Democrat or Republican.

Obama is antithetical to Ron Paul and his views.

Therefore, I could not in good conscience change the pledge. If Paul does not receive the nomination, I will not vote for the Republican candidate and I will not vote for Obama.
